VMOU B.Ed 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for VMOU B.Ed admission 2025 are explained below.

• Candidates have to complete 10+2 in any stream from a recognised school with a minimum of 50% marks.
• They should complete their graduation from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks in any stream.
• The students must have studied English and Mathematics as a core subjects during the 10+2.
• Candidates in their final year of graduation can also apply, however, they need to provide their provisional marksheet and certificates.
• There is no upper age limit to be eligible for the entrance exam.
• Moreover, In-service teachers with a minimum of two years of teaching experience, or also eligible.
• All the candidates have to pass the VMOU B.Ed 2025 or PTET to become eligible for the B.Ed course.

• Candidates have to now provide their details, such as name, address, nationality, guardian details, mobile number, email ID etc. Click on the ‘Save & Next’ button once done.
• And now candidates have to fill in all their academic qualification details. Starting from class 10 to the last qualifying degree or exam.

VMOU B.Ed 2025 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern for VMOU B.Ed admission 2025 is discussed below:

• The exam will be conducted for 120 minutes in an offline pen and paper-based format.
• The exam will contain 150 multiple-choice questions. A total of 30 questions will be asked from five sections namely mental ability, teacher attitude, general awareness, language proficiency (Hindi), language proficiency (English) etc.
• Every section of the exam will have a total weightage of 90 marks and the combined maximum marks will be 450 marks.
• There will be a provision for negative markings in the entrance exam.

VMOU B.Ed 2025 Admission Process

VMOU B.Ed 2025 admission process is conducted in two ways:

Merit-Based Admission:

Candidates who have completed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised school with a minimum of 50% marks ( 45% marks for reserved category) and graduated in any stream from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks are eligible for admission based on merit.

All those candidates who will take admission based on merit have to meet the cut-off released by the university on the official website following which they have to go through the counselling process to get the desired seat.

Entrance Based Admission:

VMOU B.Ed 2025 admission is conducted based on the qualification of either VMOU B.Ed 2025 or PTET 2025. All those candidates who have qualified for any of these exams and have met the cutoff are released by the university and have to then participate in the counselling process for e-verification of documents after which they will be allocated seats.

VMOU B.Ed 2025 Counselling

VMOU B.Ed 2025 counselling process is conducted in online multiple phases until all the seats are filled. Candidates can participate in the counselling process by filling out the counselling registration form and paying a counselling registration fee. During the counselling process, an e-verification of documents will take place.

More than 100+ seats will be offered for the VMOU B.Ed 2025 admission process. The VMOU B.Ed 2025 seat allotment will be done with the completion of each counselling round.
