The eligibility criteria for B.Pharm admission in West Bengal is as follows:

The candidate must be an Indian citizen and must have passed the H.S.E (10 + 2) or its equivalent from any recognized board of education in regular class mode

Candidates need to pass 10+2 examinations with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology as their compulsory subjects with at least 60% marks in all the above three subjects taken together.

The candidates should be minimum of 17 years of age

And the candidates need to qualify the WBJEE entrance exam

Residential/ Domicile Certificate required for Reserved Category candidates (SC/ ST/ PWD/ OBC) for admission in Pharmacy course.

West Bengal B.Pharm Application Process 2025

To take admission to B.Pharm colleges in West Bengal candidates need to fill out the WBJEE application form.

The steps for filling up the application form are discussed below:-

  • To fill up the application form, the candidate must provide their details such as name, dad's name, name of mother, birth date, sex, identification type, and number. must be entered for filling in a form.

  • At the time of registration, the candidates must be vigilant because in normal circumstances the information provided can not be changed or modified or edited once filled. In addition to this, the entered information should match the school admit cards, mark sheets and certificates exactly.

  • After providing all the information candidates must provide their Contact details like address, mobile number, email id, state, district and PIN number if available.

  • After filling up the registration form the candidates need to choose the password and security question/ answer.

  • At this stage, the candidate may review the details of the registration and make modifications if necessary.

  • Then the candidate is asked to submit the details of the registration.

  • After the successful registration, an application number is generated and shown on the screen, and a text message or confirmation email is forwarded to the email address mentioned at the time of filling up the registration form.

  • The application number, password, and security question/answer of the candidate has to be remembered. If the candidates forget the password, they need to use the option " Forget Password" to recover it. Even if it is lost, there is no other way to get the password back.

  • Without knowing the password, no person/ agency can change/edit/enter any information. Therefore candidates must not share their password with anyone. The Board shall not be liable for any change.

  • Candidates are expected to upload their latest image and signature after filling out the application form.

  • After uploading the images candidates will be directed automatically to the fee payment portal.

West Bengal B.Pharm Counselling Process 2025

WBJEE B.Pharm Counseling 2025 involve computer-based filling centralized counselling and seat allocation process of choice. And the time of counselling candidates is also required to take their documents for document verification and submit the Provisional admission fee once for the allotment of seat.

WBJEE B.Pharm Counseling 2025 will include centralized counselling and selection processes. The detailed counselling process of WBJEE B.Pharm is discussed below:-

STEP 1:- Online Registration

The first step of the WBJEE Counselling 2025 for B.Pharm is that the candidates need to register themselves. The applicants must visit the WBJEE official website (www.wbjeeb.nic.in) for registration purposes.

After visiting the official website, candidates need to click on “New Candidate Registration”. Fill up the registration form by providing their Roll Number, Password and other requisite details. After the successful registration, an ID and Password will be generated which will be for future use as login credentials.

STEP 2:- Choice Filling

In this step, candidates must choose from the list of colleges and courses available on the Web site and lock their choices. The preferences of the candidates must be placed in the order of priority. The applicants who refuse to lock their decisions before the deadline will not be taken into account for the seat allotment and counselling process. Once the final choosing date is over, the applicants can only display but can not alter or change their decisions. And the applicants are also required to bring a copy of the locked choice to the reporting centres.

STEP 3:- Seat Allotment

During July 2025, the seat allocation process will begin for the first round of the WBJEE 2025 counselling process. Seats will be allocated to candidates based on their WBJEE 2024 marks and the WBJEE 2024 merits list. On the same date, the seat matrix will be posted on the official website.

STEP 4:- Provisional Admission Fee

The applicants obtaining a seat in the first round of online counselling will be required to pay the provisional admission fee. The candidates will either have to confirm their seat or upgrade their seat. In both scenarios, depositing the provisional admission fee online is mandatory for the candidates.

The provisional admission fee to be paid by the candidates will vary according to the candidate’s category and institutions. Details about the provisional admission fee are mentioned below:-

STEP 5:- Document Verification

After paying the provisional admission fee, candidates must report physically to their respective Reporting Centers for the verification of their documents. The candidates must bring all their supporting documents and certificates at the time of verification. After the document verification, a provisional admission letter or allocation letter will be issued from the allotted reporting centres.

After that, the candidates will have two choices either accept the seats that are allotted to them or opt for the up-gradation process. In any case, if a student wishes to withdraw from the counselling procedure, the student will be refunded the provisional admission fee as per the MHRD Refund Policies.

Candidates who do not wish to take part in the subsequent counselling process and seat allocation rounds shall receive their provisional letter of admission. After that, they must return to the designated Institute before the final date of admission.

STEP 6:- Confirmation

Once the applicants are assigned seats to their desired colleges of WBJEE 2025, they must report physically with all documents to the reporting centres (RC). At the report centres the all the documents of the candidates will be verified. Once all the documents have been checked, then the candidates can secure their seats in their preferred participating college of WBJEE 2025.

If a candidate is unable to report at the specified institute or fails to do so, such candidate's provisional admission shall be withdrawn
