  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen and must have passed the H.S.E (10 + 2) or its equivalent from any recognized board of education in regular class mode

  • Candidates need to pass 10+2 examinations with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology as their compulsory subjects with at least 60% marks in all the above three subjects taken together.

  • The candidates should be a minimum of 17 years of age

  • And the candidates need to qualify for the WBJEE entrance exam

  • Residential / Domicile Certificate is required for Reserved Category candidates (SC/ ST/ PWD/ OBC) for admission to the Pharmacy course.

WB B.Pharm Application Process 2025

To gain admission to state-level B.Pharm colleges, candidates need to fill out the WBJEE application form for the B Pharm entrance exam in West Bengal. The steps for filling out the application form for the WB Pharmacy entrance exam are discussed below.

  • Step 1: Students must fill out the application form for the West Bengal Pharmacy entrance exam by entering their name, father's name, mother's name, birthdate, sex, identification type, and number. must be input to complete a form.

  • Step 2: Candidates must be careful when registering for the Pharmacy exam in West Bengal because, under normal circumstances, once the information is filled out, it cannot be altered. Additionally, the data entered must precisely match the certificates, mark sheets, and school admit cards.

  • Step 3: After providing all the information, aspirants must provide their Contact details like address, mobile number, email ID, state, district and PIN if available.

  • Step 4: After filling out the registration form, the students need to choose a password and security question/ answer.

  • Step 5: At this stage, the pupils may review the details of the registration for the B Pharm entrance exam in West Bengal and make modifications (if necessary). Then, the candidate is asked to submit the details of the registration.

  • Step 6: A confirmation email or text message is sent to the email address provided when completing the registration form for the WB Pharmacy entrance exam, and an application number is generated and displayed on the screen following a successful registration.

  • Step 7: It is necessary to remember the applicant's application ID, password, and security question and response. Students must use the "Forget Password" option to retrieve their password if they forget it. The password cannot be recovered in any other way, even if it is lost.

  • Step 8: Without knowing the password, no person/ agency can change/edit/enter any information. Therefore, students must not share their passwords with anyone. The Board shall not be liable for any change.

  • Step 9: Pupils are expected to upload their latest image and signature after filling out the application form for the B Pharm entrance exam in West Bengal.

  • Step 10: After uploading the images, applicants will be directed automatically to the fee payment portal.

  • Step 11: After paying the fees, aspirants should save the application form for future reference until the WBJEE counselling process is over.

WBJEE B.Pharm Counseling 2025 will include centralized counselling and selection processes. The detailed counselling process of WBJEE B.Pharm is discussed below:-

STEP 1:- Online Registration

The first step of the WBJEE Counselling 2025 for B.Pharm is that the candidates need to register themselves. The applicants must visit the WBJEE official website (www.wbjeeb.nic.in) for registration purposes.

After visiting the official website, candidates need to click on “New Candidate Registration”. Fill up the registration form by providing their Roll Number, Password and other requisite details. After the successful registration, an ID and Password will be generated which will be for future use as login credentials.

STEP 2:- Choice Filling

Candidates must lock their choices after selecting from the list of universities and courses on the website. The candidates' preferences need to be arranged in priority order. The seat allocation and counselling process will not consider applicants who do not lock their decisions before the deadline. The candidates are only able to display their choices after the final selection date has passed; they are unable to modify or change them. A copy of the locked choice must also be brought to the reporting centres by the applicants.

STEP 3:- Seat Allotment

During July 2025, the seat allocation process will begin for the first round of the WBJEE 2025 counselling process. Seats will be allocated to candidates based on their WBJEE 2025 marks and the WBJEE 2025 merits list. On the same date, the seat matrix will be posted on the official website.

STEP 4:- Provisional Admission Fee

The provisional admission fee must be paid by the applicants who secure a spot in the first round of online counselling. Candidates will need to upgrade their seats or confirm their current ones. Candidates must make an online deposit of the provisional admission fee in both cases.

STEP 5:- Document Verification

Candidates must physically visit their respective Reporting Centres to have their documents verified after paying the provisional admission fee. At the time of verification, candidates are required to bring all of their certificates and supporting documentation. Following document verification, the designated reporting centres will issue a provisional admission or allocation letter.

The candidates will then have the option of accepting the seats that have been assigned to them or choosing to go through the upgrade process. In any event, the student will receive a reimbursement for the provisional admission fee in accordance with the MHRD Refund Policies if they decide to discontinue the counselling process. The provisional letter of admission will be sent to candidates who choose not to participate in the subsequent rounds of seat allocation and counselling. They then have to go back to the assigned Institute before the last day of admission.

STEP 6:- Confirmation

The candidates must physically report to the reporting centres (RC) with all necessary documentation after being given seats in the colleges of their choice for WBJEE 2025. All of the candidates' documents will be checked at the report centres. Candidates can reserve seats at the WBJEE 2025 participating college of their choice after all the documents have been reviewed.

If a candidate is unable to report at the specified institute or fails to do so, such candidate's provisional admission shall be withdrawn
