A score exceeding 400 marks can be considered a good score in the KEAM 2025 exam and an excellent score can be considered as 450+. As per the revised schedule, KEAM 2025 will be conducted in a single paper. Good Score in KEAM 2025 for B.Tech Admission
For B.Tech aspirants, the KEAM exam is conducted for 960 marks. There is a negative mark in the exam where a minus 1 mark is applicable for each wrong attempt. There will be 50% weightage for Class 12 marks in preparing the rank list and 50% weightage is given to entrance exam scores. As per this weightage, the total marks in the entrance exam and board exams are computed to 600 marks.

KEAM 2025 Qualifying Marks
To feature in the rank list of B.Tech/ B.Pharm, the candidates will need to score a minimum of 10 marks in the KEAM exam. For SC/ ST, there is no minimum mark required to be included in the rank list. However, to get admission to one of the best colleges in the state, students are advised to follow the state-level class 12 syllabus along with the CBSE Class 12 Syllabus which will help them understand the basic concepts.

KEAM 2025 B.Tech Rank List Procedure
Unlike other entrance exams, CEE Kerala follows a process where the total marks secured in the entrance exam is computed to 300 (instead of 960), and marks secured in board exams (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) are computed to 300. To prepare the rank list, CEE Kerala assesses the candidate’s performance out of 600 marks (entrance exam score + board marks).
KEAM 2025 B.Pharm Rank List Procedure
Candidates aspiring for B.Pharm admission through KEAM must note that the total marks in the entrance exam are 480. Physics and Chemistry marks scored by the candidates shall be considered to prepare the rank list.
