It is unlikely you will be admitted to a B.Tech course at Sri Shankaracharya Institute of Professional Management and Technology (SSIPMT) with a 43% PCM score, particularly if you are an OBC student. While the minimum percentage requirement for OBC students might be around 45%, SSIPMT's admission policy, according to their website, specifies a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for Engineering, with a 45% minimum for OBC candidates.
