Who is Eligible for JEECUP Round 3 Counselling?

JEECUP Round 3 Counselling Eligibility Criteria: The JEECUP 2024 Choice Filling for Round 3 has been started by the authority from August 2, 2024 on the official website. The Round 3 Choice Filling will go on till August 8, 2024. Furthermore, the basic eligibility to participate in JEECUP Counselling 2024 Round 3 is that the candidate must have passed the JEECUP 2024 exam and completed the registration for the counselling before the deadline. JEECUP counselling 2024 will be conducted in 3 rounds and the JEECUP counselling round 3 will be the last round, so candidates must be careful with the choices they lock in this round. Who is Eligible for JEECUP Round 3 Counselling?

Eligiblity Rule 1

Candidates must have appeared in the JEECUP entrance examination and secured a qualifying rank. The rank obtained in the JEECUP 2024 result is a crucial factor that determines a candidate's eligibility for counselling.

Eligiblity Rule 2

To be eligible for JEECUP Round 3 counselling, candidates must have successfully completed the registration process.

Candidates that took part in Round 2 but were not given a seat are eligible to participate in JEECUP Round 3 counselling

Eligibility Rule 4

Candidates who have been assigned seats but are dissatisfied with the course/college assigned to them and desire to compete in the following rounds of JEECUP 2024 counselling

Eligibility Rule 5

Candidates who were assigned a seat in Round 2 but failed to appear at the college can also take part in the JEECUP counselling 2024.

JEECUP 2024 Counselling Process

Candidates can go through the JEECUP counselling process 2024 given below.

Step 1: Register for Counselling

Visit the JEECUP official website at jeecup.admissions.nic.in and click on the register for counselling link. Following that, the candidate must fill out the registration form with the required details.

Step 2: Pay the Counselling Fees

After completing step one of the  registration process, candidates must pay the counseling fees for JEECUP 2024 by logging in with their newly formed password.

Step 3: Choice Filling

After the JEECUP 2024 counselling fees have been paid, applicants must continue with the choice filling and locking procedures. Candidates must choose the courses and colleges to which they want to be admitted through JEECUP 2024. It should be mentioned that in order to guarantee admission, candidates should pick as many alternatives as they can in the order of preference and submit them.

Step 4: JEECUP Seat Allotment 2024

The JEECUP 2024 seat allotment result will be released in online mode for each round separately.  The authorities will take into account a number of variables, including the exam rank attained, the choices made by candidates, the availability of seats at a JEECUP participating colleges, etc. to prepare the allotment result. Candidates must then accept their seats by paying a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 3000, which will then be subtracted from their admissions fees at the designated institute.

Step 5: Document Verification Round

After the JEECUP 2024 seat allotment and counseling procedures are complete, applicants must go to the designated institute for document verification. There, the validity of the candidates' documentation will be checked, and the admissions procedure will then be continued. Candidates will be rejected from the UP Polytechnic counseling procedure for 2024 if they fail to appear for document verification.

Unfortunately, details about hostel fees for diploma students at Government Tool Room & Training Centre (GTTC) in Kudalasangama, Bagalkot, are not mentioned on the official website or any other source. However, you should know that GTTC has three hostels with room for up to 192 students. The admission process for the Government Tool Room & Training Centre usually is held between May to July. So if you want to take admission here, you will have to apply the next year for the 2025 academic session. We suggest you keep checking the official website for updates on the admission notification.
