With their charismatic aura and excellent management skills, women have held their ground from the smallest to some of the biggest positions in our world. The day is not far when we will reach the 50-50 target by 2030 and change the dynamics of the World of Work.
A lot of time is spent on discussing the education, economic growth, national budget and development! But today is Women’s Day and the only advancement that we should talk about is the progress made by women this year.
From PV Sindhu to Adele, Marissa Mayer to Arundhati Bhattacharya and Shawna Pandya to Sushma Swaraj; women have set a benchmark in every field including sports, business, politics, entertainment and science. With remarkable women like these, we will soon achieve the much-required balance in all the domains.

These women have proved that diligence and ambition can lead you to greatness. Man’s world or not – these women are living example that gender and success are not co-related.
