Amit Singh is an accomplished EdTech expert with over 8 years of industry experience. He has been in various roles and is currently closely collaborating with the Product Team to develop and accelerate the productivity of educational technology. His profound knowledge of EdTech trends and challenges, along with effective problem-solving abilities, helps him design effective learning solutions.

Amit was born and raised in Samote, Chamba, Himachal Pradesh, a region renowned for its ancient temples, rich handicrafts, and cultural heritage. Nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, this picturesque area is known for its breathtaking natural beauty, which has instilled in Amit a strong sense of resilience and adaptability—qualities that reflect in both his personal and professional life.

He completed his schooling at Govt. Senior Secondary School Samot, Chamba, under HPBoSE, Dharamshala. In 2012, he earned a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Polytechnic & Pharmacy College, Amritsar, affiliated with PSBTEIT, Chandigarh. Driven by his passion for technology and innovation, he pursued a B.Tech in Automobile Engineering at Arya College of Engineering and IT, Jaipur (RTU Kota), graduating in 2015. This academic journey provided him with a strong technical foundation and deepened his interest in bridging the gap between technology and education.

Since 2016, Amit has been a core member of CollegeDekho, playing a crucial role in the EdTech platform’s growth and development. Over the years, he has held various positions, significantly contributing to enhancing students’ learning experiences. Beyond his professional achievements, Amit is deeply passionate about mentoring newcomers, helping them navigate educational challenges, and equipping them with essential career-building skills. His exceptional presentation skills and industry insights have made him a respected and influential figure.

Outside of the office, Amit is a foodie who enjoys trying various cuisines. He appreciates networking, making new connections, and socializing with colleagues and friends, cherishing healthy relationships both professionally and privately. His love for engaging conversations makes him a distinct figure in any environment.
