Work Experience

Ankita Jha has more than 5 years of experience in the Publishing Industry. She is currently working with CollegeDekho.com as a Content Writer. She has worked as an Assistant Editor with Amity University Press and S.Chand Publication. An editor with publishing houses, she learned the art of editing, basic nuances of copywriting, and proofreading. She has leadership skills and has worked in different teams. Ankita has worked as a freelancer with educational portals. As a freelancer, she was assigned the responsibility for writing for abroad admissions for different medical colleges.

Educational Qualification

Ankita has done her Masters's in Sociology from Madurai Kamraj University in the year 2016. She has done her graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University, Noida wherein she passed the examination with distinction in the year 2013. She developed writing skills during her college days and participated in many inter-cultural events such as ad drive, sangthan and inter college competitions. Ankita has also done her diploma in Elementary Education from Bihar duing the corona pandemic and has Teaching Experience of 2 yrs with the Kidzee group of schools. She is also trained and a Gold medallist in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) fromCarnival Academy which is  a recognized board in Patna (Bihar). Ankita has the capabilities to learn, work hard, and believe in positivity. She has done her XIIth from St Xavier’s College, Ranchi in the humanities stream in the year 2010. She was the state topper in Economics for that year and received a gold medal for scoring the highest marks all over the state.  She did her schooling from St. Francis School, Jasidih ( Deoghar, Jharkhand).

Hobbies

Ankita has the learning ability and is ready to accept challenges. She is a quick learner and believes in completing the task in time. She has been a dedicated and loyal employee to all the organizations wherever she served. Her hobbies include dancing and singing, cooking and traveling to new places. She loves to interact with everyone and accepts society with open arms.

She is very active on social media especially on Insta, and  Facebook. she loves to do internet surfing. Reading interesting news, watching videos, making you tube channels for dance.

Family

Ankita is married to Dr. Ankit Kashyap, who is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Journalism and Mass communication department of Amity University. She has a daughter who is 3 years old Amahira Kashyap. Ankita is very devoted to her family and her first priority is always a family when it comes to choosing between a family and work. But yes, she tries to keep a balance between her personal and work-life.

Future prospects

Ankita has plans to qualify in some government papers in the teaching field and become a government teacher. But she loves to write so she will devote a few hours to make her writing skill alive. She wants to explore jobs as she thinks life is given once and everyone should keep exploring, rising, and experimenting things.
