Coming from a technical and scientific background, this change in dynamics didn’t come easier for Pragya, a creative content writer and an enthusiastic expressor of thoughts. She always dreamt of becoming an astrophysicist which explains her undergraduate studies in the field of physics. She shares a deep love for stars, planets, solar system, black holes, and in short the entire universe. The working of universal laws never ceases to amaze her. It was during her final year of studying quantum mechanics that she realized there’s more to the world than solving numericals and grasping gravitational formulas. Her love for writing has always been hidden deep down there somewhere like a precious gem. During the pandemic, she gave in everything to carve that interest into something meaningful. This is when she started her journey as a content writer. To assure that this drastic change of fields is the right decision, she also took a certificate course of creative writing from Sri Aurobindo College. Nonetheless, this experience proved to be one of the most enlightening experiences of her life. She learnt new forms of writing like narrative writing or descriptive writing. This gave her the opportunity to portray her thoughts into the best choices of words that would give the reader a better chance at understanding and comprehending the true meaning of the thought behind the write-up. In that class of 20 writers from all over India, she not only got the chance to say what was on her mind through the medium of written stories but also got the chance to listen and understand the viewpoint of these writers of diversified age groups. For the past two years, she has worked with several offline and online writing organizations that allowed her to explore her range of writing. It permitted her to write for different dominions of the corporate world. This includes education, mental health, and gaining some blogging experience. She believes in learning from mistakes and failures as this is how one strives for perfection. Well, perfection being a concept of utopia and successful myth, she wants her career to account for something close to perfection. No one is born ready, and that is even true for their passion. This ideology was proved right in her case as she improved her writing style, working strategies, and communication skills in these few years. In this process, she worked her way up in founding her lifetime passion of becoming a journalist. Her life goal comprises of working for female rights and eliminating the problem of gender inequality from the roots of this patriarchal society. She constantly faces her flaws because that is the only way to attain something as valuable as this in her life. It becomes quite ironic when she states that writing comes naturally to her whereas verbal communication is the domain she usually struggles with. But never afraid of the drawbacks, this is one of things that has improved and shown a drastic change in the positive light. 

Apart from her professional writing, creative writing is one of the few things she craves. The second that tops this list is dancing. These two activities become her escape from this hectic life when work or people get too much to handle. She weaves short stories and poems using fictional characters and scenarios. It gives her a sense of control where everything happens as per the wishes of the writer. The poetic experience and using it as a figure of speech to expel all the emotions accounts as her expertise. She also loves traveling, mountains being her rechargeable point. They motivate and calm her, both at the same time. She sarcastically says, “If I could live there for the entirety of being, I gladly would”. This works as a therapeutic form of art that allows her to take a refreshing take on the matters of her professional journey. 

This is just the beginning of her incredible voyage yet to come. Being a confident and highly motivated individual, she is skewed towards addressing the challenges and finding the appropriate solutions for the same. The amount of dedication and determination she provides in her professional life is easily recognized and much appreciated. With this attitude, she is walking up the ladder of success and infinite milestones yet to accomplish.
