Shanta Kumar is a proficient writer and editor in the Hindi domain. His thoughtfulness in his articles is peculiar and he writes about jobs, career and education section. He started his journey as a content developer where he used to write about education news, articles, syllabuses, entrance exams, etc. Shanta has always been trying his hands on new things and is not just confined to writing, editing and reviewing. Shanta joined CollegeDekho as a Senior Content Editor where he is handling the content-driven pages in Hindi. He contributes in writing and editing Hindi content for national-level entrance exams, board exams, competitive exams, courses, etc.

Talking about his prior experience in his professional pursuit, before joining CollegeDekho as a Senior Content Editor he was working at NDTV. He handled the education, job and career section over there and ensured that all these domains fetch reasonable traffic. He diligently managed the work of all three domains and ensured that he delivers his work with the most accurate information to the student community in the fastest time. He has also taken interviews of eminent personalities during his tenure at NDTV. He interviewed Mr Ajay Sharma who is the CEO of Abhinav Immigration Pvt. Ltd. The interview provided details about pursuing a course from abroad and how useful is it for Indian citizens.

Coming to his academic pursuit Shanta holds a PGDM degree in Television and Radio Journalism/Production. During his course of study, he was a part of various press meetups organised by eminent organisations. He also covered the Haryana and  Maharashtra elections 2019 and took the interview of national spokesperson of BJP MD Shenawaz Hussain. He also participated in an awareness campaign and was given a cash reward by The United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He also acted in a Natya Rupantaran aired on national news channel - Rajya Sabha TV.

Strongly opinionated in his thoughts, Shanta is keen on debates and discussions. He holds strong political views and has a lot of knowledge about the history of our country.
