India is a hub for talented individuals, and Tanmay Bakshi, a 14-year-old lad is one among them. At the age of 14, Tanmay Bakshi has become popular for his multiple sets of talents and skills. Surprisingly, the 14-year-old Tanmay Bakshi has studied the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is not an ordinary achievement. According to Bakshi, AI does not exist and it is impossible to frame courses on it. People are often confused between Machine Learning and programming with AI. It will take almost a decade for AI technology to evolve, he opined.

Tanmay Bakshi’s views on AI may sound interesting to many. Some may even think that how a 14-year-old lad could observe the concept of AI. Tanmay Bakshi has shown his talent in multiple fields. Due to his extraordinary abilities, he has emerged as the youngest programmer. On the other hand, Tanmay Bakshi is a teacher, cognitive developer , author, and TEDx speaker . At the age of 14, it is challenging to hold multiple roles, but for Tanmay, it is possible with dedication and commitment.

Tanmay’s success streak started with his aspiration to control the computer. Since childhood, Tanmay had been keen to know about computer and its operations. Observing the interests of his son, Tanmay’s father slowly involved him in the world of programming . Initially, Tanmay started with a basic programming language, and slowly learned computer languages such as Java, C, and C++. Within a few years, Tanmay Bakshi emerged as a programmer like his father.

Tanmay Bakshi started a channel, i.e., ‘Tanmay Teaches’ at the age of seven. Through this channel, he explains the magic of decoding programming. Tanmay also talks about careers in programming, and motives young aspirants take up programming. According to Tanmay, programming is a good career opportunity, as developing a language is an art. All the technology-based companies need a programmer and the best in the field will have great chances to secure attractive salary packages. At present, Tanmay Teaches YouTube channel has 2.8 lakh subscribers.

Honourable PM Narendra Modi’s ‘Make in India’ initiative inspired Tanmay in a greater way. Expressing his views on Make in India initiative, Tanmay pointed out that India is a destination for emerging companies and start-ups. Premier institutes like IITs have been offering practical based courses, which will further increase the number of companies and start-ups in the future.

The 14-year-old Tanmay is pursuing Grade 10, and his aim is to pursue programming at Massachusetts Institute of Technology or Stanford University. Apart from programming, Tanmay likes detective stories and science fiction. He wants to contribute his knowledge for the benefit of India.
