According to the corporate advisor R Gopalakrishnan, if the current education system is analysed, once can see institutes producing talented, skilled professionals who prove their worth as competent managers in the industry. However, one cannot be definite that these managers are happy managers. He pointed out that one of the biggest problems faced by managers while trying to balance their work and personal life is stress. In his speech, Gopalakrishnan also explained the need to maximise and not balance the work life with the help of six lenses.
Mr. R Gopalakrishnan addressed the students about the same in his speech at the 20th Foundation Day of the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM-I).
The event was organised on Monday i.e 3rd October 2016.

Further he enlightened the students by explaining in detail about the above mentioned six lenses and said just like the six lenses a human has in his eyes that have to work together to help the person to see, similarly a manager also has six lenses- purpose, maturity, courage, trust, defining success and luck that he must use according to the situation.
