Karanvir Singh is an executive MBA student at IIM-Rohtak and is on the board of directors of 22 companies. 26-year old Karanvir has an impressive business acumen and has represented India at global level forums including the World Economic Forum, United Nations Organisation and the World Trade Organisation.

Karanvir hails from Ludhiana, Punjab and is the Founder and Chairman of Visionum Group. The organization works to foster entrepreneurial activities in order to help the society develop and make India a powerful economy.
He also runs welfare projects in collaboration with four state governments. Karanvir pursued his B.Tech in electronics and telecommunication from an Indore-based college, Madhya Pradesh. He later worked for a US-based CSC for about two years.
He started pursuing his entrepreneurial dreams when he dropped out of his MBA programmes at NMIMS . He started his first project in Indore where he linked auto-rickshaws with mobile app and telecall network. His tele-rickshaw project was highly appreciated and won him a lot of fame.
He also helped the family members of the auto-rickshaw and female community in the city to become self-employed by connecting them through self-help groups and conducting skill development sessions.
Karanvir also helped in constructing toilets for the state-run schools in Indore. He got an overseas grant for this project and motivated the school teachers and panchayat members to support the project.

He also partnered with the Municipal Corporation in Ludhiana to develop public Wi-Fi zone under PPP model. Karanvir works for the development of society and wants to make people’s lives prosperous.
