Jharkhand Governor Droupadi Murmu and Chief Minister Raghubar Das inaugurated Rakhsa Shakti Vishwavidyalaya in Ranchi on Monday, 3rd October. The Governor in her speech said that setting up of such a university was a good effort. The youth of the state were working hard to join the army or police services. But they are net getting success due to lack of right training.

The Governor also said that cyber crime has become a challenge and students of this new university should be ready to face this challenge. Along with studying, the Governor said, the students should also read in depth about moral science and understand about humanism.
In his speech, CM Raghubar Das said Government of Jharkhand would soon set up Jharkhand Industrial Security Force and people from the state would be recruited there. It was absolutely necessary to develop skilled human resources. Adding to that he said, that the state would make them capable so that these youth could take the state forward. Priority would be given to the poor students who clear their 10th class with the diploma in the Police Science.

The state government took special efforts for speedy work of the university, for that government had appointed a special secretary after creating a separate department.
The CM also said that a large number of educational institutes would be established in Jharkhand so that students could get skill training and make a separate identity.
While addressing the teachers and students, he announced that five hospitals would be set up in the state. The government would also set up 100 colleges in all Assembly segments. This work would be done within three years. The CM also appealed to students and teachers to work hard so that this new university could get a separate identity in the world and in future students would not require to look out for a job elsewhere but in Jharkhand.
