About ‘Parking Lot Occupancy System’: -

Nikhil Talwar has been highly concerned with growing number of vehicles on the road due to rapid population growth and economic development. Today, one of the serious problems for all the vehicle holders is ‘Parking’. Parking problems have become more prevalent in cities due to high population. The space for parking is being reduced gradually due to the population growth and economic development. Today, finding a parking space in the city during some sports or artistic events is highly irritating for the vehicle holders.

With a motive to sort out this issue, Nikhil Talwar has come up with a solution called sensors to track capacity in the parking lot and alert drivers if they are full. His innovative solution made him bag first place in the competition. AIT Bangalore constantly strives to provide better education to its students and in this respect, a Belgium Team visited Acharya College of Education to reduce gap between theory and practice, how to achieve competence etc. for UG courses.
