Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), Kochi invites applications for admission to 2 years Master of Technology (M.Tech) program in Nanomedical Sciences, Nanotechnology & Renewable Energy and Molecular Medicine for the session 2016-17.
Eligibility Criteria for
Nanomedical Sciences Program: Candidates should have M.Sc. in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, and Zoology) or B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics, Biomedical, Biotechnology etc) or M.B.B.S or B.D.S or B.Pharm with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).
Nanotechnology & Renewable Energy Program: Candidates should have M.Sc in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Materials Science with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).
Molecular Medicine Program: Candidates should have M.Sc. in any discipline of the Life Sciences or B.Tech. in Biotechnology or Bioinformatics or B.Pharm, M.B.B.S. or B.D.S. with at least 60% marks (or equivalent).

Candidates should send the application form to “The Director, Amrita Centre for Nanosciences, M.Tech. Admissions, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, AIMS Ponnekkara P.O. Kochi- 682 041, Kerala”, along with a DD of Rs. 600/- in favour of Amrita Centre for Nanosciences payable at Kochi.
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam and interview conducted by the institute.

Last date for receipt of completed application forms: Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
Date of entrance exam: Sunday, May 22, 2016.
Date of interview: Monday, May 23, 2016 and Monday, May 30, 2016.
