Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Varanasi for admission to various UG and PG programs offered under different specializations for the session 2016.
University offers Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.), Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law (B.A LL.B), Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed), Bachelor of Performing Arts (B.P.A), Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A), Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Science (M.Sc), Master of Education (M.Ed), Master of Laws (LL.M Hons.), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed), Master of Performing Arts (M.P.A), Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs.
Eligibility Criteria:
UG Programs:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination securing a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.
Applicant should not be more than 22 years on 1st July 2016 (applicant should be born on or after 1st July of 1994).
PG Programs: Candidates should have completed graduation under at least 10+2+3 pattern with 50% marks in the aggregate including all subjects studied at graduation level.

Selection Procedure:
Admission to UG programs is based on the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UET- 2016) and for PG programs are based on Postgraduate Entrance Test (PET- 2016) conducted by the university.
Important Dates:
Last date for Online submission of application forms: Monday, February 29, 2016.
Date of UET- 2016: Sunday, April 10, 2016, to Sunday, May 05, 2016.
Date of PET-2016: Sunday, April 10, 2016, to Sunday, June 10, 2016.
