Admission Notice- Chettinad Academy of Research and Education announces Admission for MBBS 2016

Chettinad Academy of Research and Education (CARE), Kancheepuram invites application for admission to 4 ½ year + 1 year CRRI Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program offered in various specializations at Chettinad Hospital & Research Institute, Kancheepuram for the session 2016-17.

Eligibility Criteria-

The candidate should have completed the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the MBBS program.

Candidate must have passed HSC/ CBSE/ ISCE in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Botany and Zoology /Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 75% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Botany and Zoology/ Biotechnology.

A demand draft for 1000/- drawn in favor of Chettinad Academy of Research & Education payable at Chennai to be enclosed.

Selection Procedure-

Admission will be as per the merit list prepared on the basis of performance in all India Level common entrance examination conducted by Chettinad Academy of research & Education, Kelambakkam, Kancheepuram District in which the aspiring candidate is expected to score not less than 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together.

Important Dates-

Last date for submission of application: Saturday, April 30, 2016.

Date of all India level common entrance examination: Thursday, May 12, 2016.
