The application form is INR 500/-. The Demand Draft should be in favor of "Center for Management Studies" payable at Bangalore. Submit the filled application form to the admissions office at the address mentioned below along with 2 Photocopies of 10th and 11th marks card and 2 recent passport size color photos and DD.
