King George's Medical University, Lucknow is open for admissions to their 4-Years B.Sc Nursing Program which is offered at the following colleges for the academic year 2016. Admission into this course is through entrance examination.

- Vivekanand College of Nursing,Lucknow
- Sahara College of Nursing, Lucknow
- Samarpan College of Nursing,Chinhat, Lucknow
- G.S.R.M. College of Nursing, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow
- BCM College of Nursing, Khairabad, Sitapur
Seats are for female students only in the following colleges:
- Vivekanand College of Nursing
- Sahara College of Nursing
- BCM College of Nursing, Khairabad, Sitapur
Who can Apply for K G Medical University:
- Students who wish to apply should have appeared for 10+2 with 45% marks in science (PCBE) from any recognized board. (Physics/Chemistry/Biology or Biotechnology /English)
- Students from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognised by central government having Science subjects and English only are also eligible to apply.
How to Apply for K G Medical University:
- Candidates can apply only through online mode using Internet. Online application can be submitted on the official website www.kgmcindia.edu and www.kgmu.org.
- Candidates should have to register first and create your Login ID & Password on the website as directed and note it down for further use.
- Payment for examination fee can be done by:
- Candidates for the entrance test will have to pay a fee of Rs. 2000/- for Gen & OBC and Rs. 1200/- for SC/ST payable through Allahabad Bank or HDFC Bank along with the prescribed application form duly filled in.
- Online:By Credit Card / Debit Card (Master/Visa Only) or Net banking till Monday, June 20, 2016. Applicant can directly proceed for filling of application form after payment.
- Offline:Applicants can also deposit cash through Bank challan of Allahabad Bank / HDFC Bank till June 17, 2016. For this first download bank challan from website www.kgmu.org and deposit the examination fee in any branch of the Allahabad Bank or HDFC bank branch in India.
Who will be Selected for K G Medical University:
- Selection of the students will be solely based on the merit of the entrance examination and preference of the college given by the student.

- Last date for submission of application forms: Monday, June 20, 2016
- Date of Written Examination:Thursday, June 31, 2016 onwards
