The Bar Council of India (BCI) conducts the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) twice every year. AIBE (XV) was conducted on January 24, 2021. The result has been announced on March 30.
Candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria of AIBE before applying for the exam. They must be Indian citizens with an undergraduate law degree like a five-year integrated law course or a three-year LL.B . The candidates must also be enrolled in their respective State Bar Council and have an enrollment card of the same. There are no restrictions regarding the minimum requirement of marks or age for AIBE. Those who fulfil all these conditions can apply for AIBE .

Through AIBE, advocates get the "Certificate of Practice" which makes them eligible for practising law in India. All advocates are required to appear for this exam and qualify for it.
