All India Council of Technical Education or the AICTE has invited applications for its Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2017. It is a national level entrance test conducted through an online mode. Those candidates seeking admissions to M. Pharm courses can apply in online mode until 10th December 2016.

Eligibility for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2017:
- Applicant must be a citizen of India
- Must have bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy as per 10+2+4 pattern.
- Candidates who are in the final year of B. Pharmacy course are also eligible for appearing in GPAT exam.
- Must fulfil eligibility criteria of GPAT 2017 as mentioned by AICTE
How to Pay the Fees for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2017:
Payment can be done via two modes:
ONLINE Payment: Candidates can select ONLINE PAYMENT mode and make the payment using Debit Card /Credit Card / Net Banking. Once the payment is successfully done, they will receive a confirmation through e-mail and SMS. After the confirmation, candidates can proceed with the remaining part of registration process.
CASH Payment in State Bank of India: Candidates pay by CASH at any of the designated State Bank of India branches.

Application Process for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2017:
Candidates applying for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2017 can submit the application form of GPAT 2017 in online mode only and keep a print copy of the same for future use and references.
GPAT 2017 comprises of 125 objective type questions that carry 4 marks each. There is a provision for negative marking as well and for each wrong response, one mark will be deducted from the total score.
Important Dates for Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2017:
The exam will be conducted in a single session on 28th January 2017.
Candidates can also take the trial test for GPAT 2017. It will be available from 15th December 2016, so that the candidates can get familiarised with the computer based test mode.
