Students will be able to manage academic pressure, time and study habits by the end of the orientation course. The colleges will impart orientation course during the first semester.

Therefore, AICTE has come up with the great initiative that will help the students to perform well in studies as well as adapt themselves to the professional education.

If the initiative becomes successful, the Council will launch the orientation course in more technical institutes. Now, AICTE has planned to introduce the orientation course in at least two colleges in each state.

AICTE had constituted a special committee to prepare the programme. The committee had experts from industry, and the programme will deliver basic skills that are essential for professional education.
