Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) Selects over 1,700 Applicants for Admissions

Ambedkar University Delhi (AUD) Selects over 1,700 Applicants for Admissions

AUD or Ambedkar University Delhi has provisionally selected 1,700 applicants for the admission to various courses at Karampura and Kashmere Gate campuses of the varsity. The varsity offers seven courses at UG level including Social Sciences and Humanities, Psychology, Mathematics, Sociology, English, Economics and History.

The list of selected candidates is provisional and the final admission will be based on verification of marks and other required documents. The varsity may withdraw the offer if the information provided by the candidates is not authentic.

The admission process based on the first cut-off list began on July 6, 2017, and will continue for the next two days. The first cut-off list of Ambedkar University Delhi shocked many aspirants with the highest cut-off for few courses soaring up to a 100%.

The cut-off for B.A. History & B.A. Psychology courses stood at 100% for the candidates outside National Capital Territory. The cut-off for commerce and science students was also 100%.

The lowest cut-off was 55.75% for B.A. Social Sciences and Humanities course. However, this cut-off is only applicable to ST candidates with Arts background.

The admission process based on the first cut-off list will end on July 8, 2017, and the candidates can seek admission to allotted institutions between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If the candidates fail to report to institute, his/her seat will be allotted to the next eligible candidate.
