Amrita University has decided to conducted online/ remote proctored test for B.Tech admission 2020. The exam will be conducted from August 17 to 23, 2020.
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham , also known as Amrita Deemed-to-be-University conducts AEEE for admission in various B.Tech courses . AEEE 2020 , which was scheduled to be conducted from July 25, 2020, has been postponed. The new exam dates for the entrance exam have been released, and the exam will be conducted from August 17 to 23, 2020 . However, Amrita University will conduct an online/ remote proctored entrance exam, and the candidates can take the exam from home. Some of the top private universities in India such as VIT and SRM have already cancelled their entrance exams for B.Tech and revised the admission process for the same.
The official website of AEEE says that the entrance exam will be conducted, and the candidates who are yet to upload the Class 12th marks can do the same on or before August 08, 2020.
Revised B.Tech Admission Process 2020 of Amrita University
There aren't many changes in the admission process of Amrita University B.Tech course. The only major change is that the candidates can take the entrance exam from home, and the admission process shall be conducted online. Candidates with a valid percentile in JEE Main January 2020 can also participate in the admission process. There is no clarity whether Amrita University with grant admission without AEEE/ JEE Main score or not. It depends on the availability of seats after the counselling process.
