After the offer of Rs 15 lakh per annum to a student in Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) campus placement this year, Concentrix also has recruited 31 students of AMU during a recent placement drive.
Concentrix is a US-based Multi-National Corporation that has its headquarters in Fremont, California, USA. The MNC hired students from Humanities, Commerce, Science and Management streams.
The placement drive was conducted by the General Training and Placement Office of the varsity.
Concentrix which is a global provider of business services has picked the AMU students to be a part of their health care, insurance, banking and communications services. Several rounds of interviews were conducted, the university informed in a statement.

In the placement drive, around 110 students came for the interview.
Training and Placement Officer Mr Saad Hameed stated that the placement drives have not been concluded and more such placement drives will be held in the coming months.
Concentrix has also put forward a feedback on the placement drive saying they welcome such talent and enthusiasm that they found in the students of Aligarh Muslim University.
Previously, two candidates from the first batch of Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) were hired by Vedance, an Indian mining company. Both the candidates were offered a package of Rs 8.45 lakh per annum.

Top MNCs like EFS Technologies, Ango Zara International, Acxiom Consulting, National Institute of Smart Government, Emirates Airlines also recruited around 150 students of Aligarh Muslim University earlier this year.
Assistant TPO-General, Jahangir Alam said that the highest salary offered in the placement drive as Rs 15 LPA.
