The Department of Business Administration of Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology organized KARIOS-2016- a two day National Level Management Meet on 10-March-2016 at the college auditorium. The meet was inaugurated by the chief guest, Shri.Venkateswara Rao, Chief Industrial officer, Vijayawada along with principal and director.
Addressing the students chief guest said that "Students have to develop innovative techniques in the process of learning". He motivated the management students that they are the future builders of economy system. The chief guest was felicitated by the college of management and the department.
Around 100 students from 10 colleges came to take part in various competitions that were conducted as a part of KARIOS-2016. The major competitions were;
- Markert Makers
- Young Manager
- Stock Investment Game
- IPL Bidding and
- Maya Bazar
IPL Bidding and Maya Bazar were the major highlights of the meet where more than 45 students took part in those competitions. Students have showcased their management and marketing skills and mesmerized the audience. The winners were awarded prizes and certificates.
The management meet was attended by College management, faculty, Students of other colleges, Print and Electronic media.
