Anna University: Check Revised Date-sheet for December 2016 Exams

After a series of grave events, Anna University had to postpone its December 2016 exams that were originally scheduled to commence from December 1. Dates of all the theory exams have been revised.

Due to rain on December 1 and 2 the city was hit by Cyclone Nada that caused a lot of functional issues in the city causing the university to reconsider the exam schedule. Later, the demise of the Chief Minister of the state, J Jayalalitha caused the university to push back the exam schedule.

Since the public holiday Milad un Nabi has been announced, December 13 will be a state holiday, therefore the semester exams have been postponed to December 17. The exams will be concluded on January 12, 2017.
