The following candidates are eligible for AP EAMCET BiPC final phase counselling 2023 -- Those who registered for Phase 1 but did not get an admission
- Those who did not register for Phase 1 can participate in final phase by completing the registration and processing fee payment
- Those who completed the certificate verification in Phase 1 but did not fill web options
- Those who secured admission in Phase 1 but looking for a better college allotment in the final phase
- Those who did not complete the certificate verification in Phase 1 can participate in the final phase but these candidates must complete the certificate verification process
