AP ECET Exam Date 2024: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education has announced the exam dates for the Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET 2024) along with the Andhra Pradesh CET Exam Calendar 2024. The council will conduct AP ECET Exam 2024 on April 8, 2024 across the state. The council will soon release a detailed notification for the application and registration process on the official website, cets.apsche.ap.gov.in . APSCHE may likely release the official notification and commence the application process in the first week of February 2024 tentatively.

AP ECET is a lateral engineering entrance examination conducted to provide admission to UG engineering courses of the state government and private colleges. Check the important highlights of this examination here:

• The applicants who have completed their Diploma or are currently in the last year pursuing the same are eligible to apply. The candidate must have completed the diploma degree at the time of admission

• The diploma degree must be from Engineering & Technology and B.Sc. (Mathematics) only. Candidates with other diploma or B.Sc degrees will not be considered eligible for admission through AP ECET 2024.

• All selected candidates will be able to take admission in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) courses, depending on their diploma specialization.

• Each allotment will be subject to the reservation policy announced by APSCHE and the state government of Andhra Pradesh.

• This exam is being held for admission in the upcoming academic year i.e., 2024-25.
