AP LAWCET 2022 exam date has been announced by the conducting body. The application form of AP LAWCET 2022 is also expected to be released soon. Shri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur will release the official notification of AP LAWCET on behalf of APSCHE, Hyderabad. The notification will inform candidates about the important dates and instructions regarding AP LAWCET 2022. Interested candidates can fill the application form within the deadline and the exam will be conducted on 13 July 2022.

Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test or AP LAWCET is a state level entrance exam for students who want to secure admission to a law college in Andhra Pradesh. Candidates wanting to pursue a 3-year LLB course or a 5-year integrated LL.B course can apply for this exam.

AP LAWCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the course, candidates must know the eligibility criteria of AP LAWCET 2022. The eligibility criteria for 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB courses have been given below.
AP LAWCET 2022 Eligibility for 3-Year LLB
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, from a recognized university, in any discipline.
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying exam of their Bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply.
- General candidates must pass with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate. SC/ ST category candidates should pass with a minimum of 40% marks whereas candidates from the OBC category must obtain a minimum of 42% marks in aggregate.
AP LAWCET 2022 Eligibility for 5-Year LLB
- Candidates must have passed their 12th standard from a recognized board of education.
- Candidates appearing for their annual examination are also eligible to apply.
- For the general category, 45% of marks in aggregate are necessary. For SC/ ST and OBC category candidates respectively, 40% and 42% marks in aggregate are a must.
Note: Candidates applying for their qualifying exam/ annual exam must provide their passing certificate at the time of admission.
