AP NEET UG Counselling 2023: As the process for Andhra Pradesh NEET Counselling Process 2023 has been commenced by Dr. Y.S.R. University of Health Sciences at drysr.uhsap.in , the candidates must know the documents and pre-requisites to have before registering for the online counselling process. AP NEET UG Counselling Process 2023: List of Documents Required

It is to be noted by the applicants that each document has its specific file format and size that has to be followed while uploading. Also, the candidates must ensure that they upload the document/certificate in the required uploading space only or else it will be considered invalid. Check the list shared below:

• Photo Identity Card that has been issued by the government of India. Accepted Identity Cards are Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passports, Permanent Driving License

• Proof of Date of Birth (Class 10th Marksheet/Birth Certificate)

• Educational Certificate (Class 10th Passing Marksheet, Class 12th Marksheet, Migration Certificate)

• Passport-size photograph (coloured)

• Signature (Done on a white background)

• Caste Certificate (Not Required for General/Unreserved category students)

• Family Income Certificate (Only Required for EWS Category Students)

• Disability Certificate (For PWD Candidates)

• NCC Certificate (For the students who have valid grade in NCC)

• Scout and Guides Certificate (Only for the students who have received Rashtrapati Puruskar)

• Sports Certificate (For the students who have received a medal in a state/national/international level sports competition)

• Parent’s Service Card (For the wards of martyred servicemen)

• Anglo-Indian Certificate (If Applicable)

• Class 1st to 10th Marksheet (for colleges established before June 2nd, 2014
