According to the developers, Bhim can provide a Wi-Fi zone within almost one km of its radius while flying overhead. The drone can be very useful in conflict zones. With a battery backup of seven hours, Bhim can fly into a disaster or war zone to build a seamless communication network that can be of great assistance for, rescue personnel, security forces as well as survivors.
Bhim is capable of maintaining long flight times and providing emergency supplies in conflicted zones by using parachutes accurately. It can also help in carrying out rescue operations in areas that are hard to access. Bhim is also capable of conducting integrity checks for boundary walls and can detect breaches.
With its vision-based guidance and built-in intelligence, Bhim is designed for emergency situations. It can easily identify whether an area is crowded of not and lands only after finding a safe location.
