BML Munjal University conducts 8th Convocation: BML Munjal University has successfully taken place the 8th Convocation ceremony for 366 graduates from BTech, BA Eco (Hons), BCom (Hons), MBA and BBA and Ph.D programs. As per the report, BML Munjal University conducted the 8th convocation on September 23, 2023 in Gurugram. Ms. Shobana Kamineni, Executive Vice-Chairperson of Apollo Hospital was presented there as the chief guest.

Among 366 students, 126 are women. Two candidates have received the Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal Award for their outstanding performance. 95% of graduates were already placed in renowned organizations with handsome packages. Apart from that, approximately 125+ organizations have visited the campus for the placement season. In the annual convocation, 125 candidates got B.Tech degrees, 237 candidates received MBA, BBA, BCom (Hons), and BA Economics degrees and four candidates got Ph.D. degrees. Along with it, the University acknowledges other seven students from diversified disciplines for their academic excellence.

Apart from the chief guest, Sunil Kant Munjal, the Chancellor of BMU was also presented there. Mr. Sunil acknowledged the excellent performance of the remarkable students. He did not forget to appreciate the faculty members, whose tireless efforts led the students to get success.

Professor Shyam Menon, the Vice Chancellor, BMU mentioned the significance of the initial years of the University. He also congratulated the students for their performance in sports, research, and academics. Professor Menon added that the academic year 2022-23 is the first normal year after the pandemic. This year, the faculty of BML Munjal engaged the meaningful contributions to the academic research. For instance, this year, the University received INR 1.7 Crore as sponsored research funding, which is marked as the highest funding.
