Board examination score is very essential to appear for Central Universities Common Entrance Test 2022 stated by Dr. Subhas Sarkar. The aspirants of CUCET 2022 must score well to become eligible for CUCET 2022. Minister also stated that each candidate could apply for more than one university just by filling out a single application form. Mr. Sarkar also informed in the Lok Sabha that aspirants of CUCET 2022, can opt for more one than universities just paying the fee for a single application form and marking his/her choice in the application form. By this, the candidates’ financial burden is also reduced.
Class 12 Board examination Score will decide eligibility for CUCET 2022. The aspirants of CUCET 2022 should prepare well for the class 12 board exams and do well in the examination as the score is going to play a vital role in determining the eligibility criteria for CUCET 2022. The syllabus for CUCET 2022 will also depend on the Class 12 syllabus. Hence, students studying class-12 must have good command over the subjects and syllabus.
CUCET 2022 examination will be conducted in 13 different languages. Candidates can select the language of their choice to write the CUCET 2022. The CUCET 2022 will be conducted in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. CUCET 2022 is going to be counted across the country at hundreds of examination centres. NTA is going to conduct CUCET 2022 on such a large scale.
For the academic year, 2022-23 the two great universities of the country, which are most, sought after for higher educational institutions, namely Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University are likely to take part in CUCET 2022 and to use it for admission for exclusively of Under Graduate Programmes. Along with them, there are 43 central universities, which are going to participate in CUCET 2022.
Until last year, Delhi University had its own entrance examination called DUET. Apart from this most of the undergraduate courses' admission was based on merit. DUET is conducted for some of the UG courses as well PG courses by NTA. Similarly, JNU too had its own entrance examination. This year, there is possibility that there will not be any common counselling for CUCET. Each university might have a separate merit list based on CUCET score
