Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) has doubled the seats in B.Sc. Agriculture looking at the mounting appeal from the farmers and demand for agricultural courses by youngsters. The decision was made owing to the increasing number of students moving to other states for pursuing agriculture courses due to a limited number of seats in Telangana. The number of seats in B.Sc. Agriculture is increased to 120 from 60 in all of its six agricultural colleges in the state. It has also doubled the seats to 240 from 120 in its College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar. The total number of seats offered for the 2022-23 batch will now be 960 in B.Sc. Agriculture only which is double as compared to the last year.
The admission to B. Sc.
