The university of Calcutta announced the dates for B.A. and B.Sc Part -II Examination-2016.The dates for all honours streams and major examination have been announced now initially. The dates for pass subjects and general streams will be announced also very soon.The examination has started from June 2nd, 2016.The theoretical papers are being held in the first phase of the whole examination schedule.In the second phase, all the practical papers will be held.
The university is holding examinations on the subjects like Anthropology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Environmental Science , Human Development , Microbiology, Statistics, Food & Nutrition, Zoology, Economics, Mathematics, Sanskrit, Ancient Indian & World History, Arabic, Computer Science, Electronics, English Geology(3) , Hindi, Islamic History & Culture, Journalism & Mass Communication, Linguistics, Pali, Persian, Philosophy, Physiology, Political Science, Psychology, Russian , Sociology, Urdu, Bengali, Botany, Education, Geography, History, Physics.
The Paper III of the above-mentioned subjects were held on June 2nd & 3rd as per the group arrangements of the subjects.Paper-IV of all the subjects will be held on June 6th & 7th as per the same group arrangements.In respect of all other Lab-based subjects Paper-IV has a Practical portion of 50 Marks. B.A./B.Sc. Part-II Honours Practical Examinations will commence on & from July 2nd, 2016 and shall have to be completed by July 21, 2016.For any further information about the examination, all students are advised to visit Calcutta University's examination website.
