Calicut University Undergraduate (UG) Admissions Important Dates 2019

Directorate of Admissions (DOA), University of Calicut will invite online applications for the admission to undergraduate courses for the academic session 2019-20 in May 2019. All the colleges affiliated to Calicut University will follow the official admission schedule released by the varsity. As per the admission norms of the varsity, 50 % UG seats in self-financing colleges come under merit quota and the varsity has the right to conduct admission process for these seats.

Even though the varsity conducts the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for UG courses, the following UG courses are not available under CAP : -

• Courses offered by Autonomous Colleges
• Entrance-based UG courses
• B.Sc Medical Biochemistry
• B.Sc Medical Microbiology
• B.Sc Medical Laboratory Technology
• BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology)

For the above-mentioned courses, a separate admission process will take place. Students who fail to register for UG courses (except above) under Centralised Admission Process (CAP) are not eligible for admission.

For submitting the online application, students can directly visit the official website of Calicut University. The applicants can also visit the nearest nodal centres to register for UG courses. For General category candidates, the application fee is Rs. 265, while it is Rs. 105 for SC/ ST candidates.
