Reputed company Kocher Tech conducted placement drive at Malineni Lakshmaiah Women’s Engineering College on 2-April-2016 . The placement drive was inaugurated by College principal, Dr.M.Raja Shekar . The placement drive commenced at 10.00 AM and continued till 3.00 PM. The college management warmly welcomed the officials of the company.
A total number of 162 students attended for the interviews . Three rounds of the interview were conducted where students took part in a written test, technical round, and group discussion. A total number of 85 students qualified for the three rounds and got eligibility for the face to face interview. The final round of interview commenced at 1.00 PM and a total number of 35 students got placed.
The selected students were given offer letters by the college principal, Dr.M.Raja Shekar. Addressing the press, he mentioned, “the college has a special JKC center where students are trained in Soft Skills, Communication Skills and personality development. A total of 200 students got placed in various companies in the academic year 2015-2016. The college has a good placement percentage in the surrounding areas”. He congratulated the students for their achievement.
Siva Nayar, HR Manager, Kocher Tech said that “the college has an excellent infrastructure facilities. The college JKC center has trained the students very effectively in communication skills. The students are high talent and possess logical thinking and positive attitude”. He appreciated the college management and faculty for bringing out best from the students.
Students thanked the college management, faculty and JKC center for their continuous support, motivation and encouragement.
