CBSE has released the assessment criteria for the class 10 board exams 2021. According to the official notification released by the board CBSE class 10 result, 2021 will be on the basis of marks obtained in the exams and tests held during the academic year. The CBSE class 10 board exams were to be held from 4th May but due to the surge in COVID cases, the exams were cancelled.
CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2021 Assessment Criteria
Some of the important points of CBSE class 10 board exams 2021 assessment criteria are as follows:
CBSE class 10 result 2021 will be on the basis of tests and exams held in the academic year. |

CBSE class 10 result 2021 will be released by 20th June 2021. |
Students will be assessed out of 100 marks for each subject. |
20 marks have to be submitted by the schools as an internal assessment. |
The remaining 80 marks will be based on scores in periodic tests, half-yearly/midterm exams, and per-boards. |
According to the CBSE assessment criteria, the class 10 result 2021 will be in consonance with the past performance of the school in Class 10 Board examinations. |
CBSE has directed each affiliated school to form a result committee consisting of seven teachers and the principal to finalise the class 10 result. In cases, where schools have conducted more than one exam/ test, the committee will fix the weightage accordingly to each test or exam.
