CBSE Class 10 Daily Practice Questions 14 October 2023: As CBSE board exam 2024 is nearing, the students shall focus on studying daily for all major and scoring subjects which are Maths, Science, and Social Science. As per the exam pattern of the board, the papers for these subjects will have MCQs, very short answer questions (VSA or SA-I), short answer questions (SA-II), long answer questions (LA), and case-based questions. For today, October 14, 2023, the SA-I questions for all three subjects are provided for practice.

CBSE Class 10 Practice Questions Maths

  1. Two numbers are in the ratio 2 : 3 and their LCM is 180. What is the HCF of these numbers?
  2. If A and B are acute angles such that sin (A – B) = 0 and 2 cos (A + B) – 1 = 0, then find angles A and B.
  3. Find the sum and product of the roots of the quadratic equation 2x 2 – 9x + 4 = 0.


CBSE Class 10 Practice Questions Science

  1. Why was there a sharp drop in the amount of ozone in the atmosphere in 1980’s.
  2. List two reasons to show that the existence of decomposers is essential in an ecosystem.
  3. The industrial process used for the manufacture of caustic soda involves electrolysis of an aqueous solution of compound ‘X’. In this process, two gases ‘Y’ and ‘Z’ are liberated. ‘Y’ is liberated at cathode and ‘Z’, which is liberated at anode, on treatment with dry slaked lime forms a compound ‘B’. Name X, Y, Z and B.
