Students must familiarise themselves with CBSE Class 12 Accountancy (055) blueprint elaborated on this page to efficiently attempt the paper. The entire accounts paper will be bifurcated into Part A and Part B, where all the questions in Part A are compulsory to attempt while in Part B one out of the two options must be attempted - (i) Analysis of Financial Statements and (ii) Computerised Accounting.

Students can find instructions regarding the marking scheme, and exam pattern for CBSE Class 12 Accountancy 2024 exam below.
- The Accountancy question paper contains 34 questions. Note that all questions are compulsory.
- In Part B, students must attempt only one option as per the subject opted.
- Questions (1 to 16) and (27 to 30) carry 1 mark each.
- Questions (17 to 20) and (31, and 32) carry 3 marks each.
- Questions (21,22, and 33) carry 4 marks each
- Questions (23 to 26) and (34) carry 6 marks each
- No overall choice is given in the paper. However, internal choice in 7 questions of one mark, 2 questions of three marks, 1 question of four marks, and 2 questions of six marks will be given.
