CBSE conducted the Class 12 board exam for Physics paper today, on March 02, 2020, from 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM. The Physics paper for Class 12 consisted of four major sections:
Section A consisting of 20 questions for 1 mark each
Section B consisting of 7 questions for 2 marks each
Section C consisting of 7 questions for 3 marks each
Section D consisting of 3 questions for 5 marks each
There was a total of 37 questions for 70 marks paper along with 10 marks MCQ and several internal choices in the paper. The exam was conducted for 3 hours duration. All the questions were compulsory.

CBSE Class 12 Physics Paper Analysis 2020
As per the student's review of Class 12 Physics Paper, the questions in the paper were as per the syllabus and the paper was as per expected by the students.
The students found the paper quite easy to solve with only a few questions a bit time-consuming.
The students didn't find any difficulty in solving the paper as almost all the questions were from CBSE syllabus only.
While some students said Section C was the most difficult, for some Section D was most tricky.
2 to 4 questions were similar from the previous year's questions.
The level of difficulty for numerical problems was medium and not very time-consuming.
According to the expert analysis of Class 12 Physics Paper, the difficulty level of the paper was moderate and the students can expect to score an average of 45 to 50 marks out of 70.

CBSE Class 12 Physics Paper Analysis 2019
CBSE class 12 Physics Paper 2019 was conducted on March 05, 2019, for which more than 6 lakh students appeared. While some students said the paper was moderate, some students said the paper was very easy to attempt.
Students said that Section C of the paper was most difficult and time-consuming.
All of the questions in the paper were from CBSE 2019 syllabus only.
2-4 questions in the paper were similar to the previous year's Physics questions papers.
As per the expert analysis, the level of the paper was moderate to easy and the students are expected to score 40 to 50 marks out of 80.
CBSE Class 12 Physics Paper Analysis 2018
In 2018, the science students of the board agitated as they did not get enough time to prepare for the English exam as they had Physics on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. They complained that they were not satisfied with the exam schedule of the CBSE board .

Parents also complained that CBSE had not been considerate of the Science students and the timetable does not have sufficient gaps for preparation.
