After much chaos regarding exam paper leaks in the last few weeks, CBSE has been successful in conducting class 12 Economics re-exam . The exam was organized across nearly 4000 exam centres . Students who appeared for the exam reported that the new paper was simpler than the previous one. However, a few students thought that paper was tricky.
On the other hand, the teachers stated that the Economics re-exam paper was simple and that students will face no difficulty in scoring good marks. They added that the questions were direct and not very tricky.

The Economics exam for CBSE class 12 students was conducted on March 26. However, the exam was nullified after the board found out that the Economics question paper was leaked. CBSE had made all the necessary efforts to ensure that the economics re-exam is conducted in a fair manner. However, the board refused to divulge into the details of the new strategy to conduct exams.
The board had also informed that the students will be appearing for the Economics re-exam at the centres that were initially allocated to them and they will have to use the same admit cards.

The CBSE Board has been surrounded by controversy ever since the board exams started. After the class 10 Maths paper leak and class 12 Economics paper leak , the board had to answer to the Supreme Court, HRD Ministry, Prime Minister and the Human Rights Commission regarding the measures taken to ensure the sanctity of the exam.
