CBSE had announced on December 21 that the admit cards of CBSE UGC-NET 2017 will be released today on December 28, 2016. Admit Cards can be downloaded from the official website of the exam. The exam will be held on January 22, 2017, as notified by the organizing board.

Initially, the admit cards were scheduled to be released on December 21, 2016, however, the release was postponed by CBSE.
Check out the steps given below to save your admit card:
- Go to the official website of CBSE’s UGC-NET
- There you will find a link for admit card download
- You will have to fill in the required details and submit them
- You will be able to see your admit card on the screen
- It is advisable that you take a printout and save your admit card as it will be required later
It is vital that candidates go through all the details mentioned in the admit card along with the exam center. match them with your original details that you had entered and make sure that there are no discrepancies.

CBSE UGC NET is conducted twice every year. The exam is conducted for 84 subjects in about 90 cities across India. The score of the exam is used to evaluate candidates’ eligibility for the Junior Research Fellowship and post of assistant professor. Only those candidates who have scored at least 55% aggregate marks in their post-graduation degree are eligible for the exam.
