- The seat allotted to candidates will have 2 choices, 'Willingness' and 'Withdrawal'
- The 'Willingness' option is further divided into 3 options
- Option 1 - Freeze: The candidates must exercise this option if they are satisfied with the allotted seat and college. Therefore, the seat will be confirmed and the candidates can proceed with the SAF payment
- Option 2 - Float: The candidate must exercise this option only if they are unsatisfied with the allotted seat and are looking for an upgrade. Such candidates can wait for Round 3 seat allotment
- Option 3 - Slide: This option is applicable to candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seat but wish to change the course. Hence, the candidate will move to the next round but will get a seat in the same college subject to the vacant seats
- If any candidate wants to quit the counselling process, they can choose the withdrawal option
