Chandigarh University comes up with “Super Achiever Scholarship Scheme” for students belonging to the poor background.
The University has decided to sponsor the bright students who just miss the opportunity of becoming something just because of lack of money. So they are going to provide the scholarship to those diamonds in the rough who wants to pursue higher education.
Students who pass 12th Standard with 80 percent or above in any stream and are from Delhi-NCR can apply and will be awarded scholarship up to 100% by the University.
The University organised a press conference to announce this news and the spokesperson Ravi Sinha told the reporters that the aim of the scholarship is to not miss out on talented and bright students just because they cannot afford education.
Chandigarh University is approved by the state government and autonomous. They recently introduced following courses:
- Fashion Designing
- Visual Effects
- Cloud Computing
- Gaming
