Semester exams for LLB and BA-LLB are about to start at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur from January 21. Along with the release of the examination schedule, the administration of the university has started the process of online examination and submission of back paper examination fees. The Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, commonly known as CSJM, is trying to bring back the late-running LLB and BA-LLB sessions on the schedule. The online application will be made for LLB and BA-LLB from January 8 and it will go on till January 16. The back paper forms will also be filled from January 8 to January 16.
The President of the law college association, Vinod Shukla says that the examination schedule has been released on time to increase the expectation of a regularised schedule. The University is trying to regularise the schedule but the session is still running late by a year. Dr. Anil Yadav, Controller of Examinations said that the first, third and sixth semesters examination of LLB will be conducted from 21 January. The first-semester and sixth-semester examination will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and the third-semester examination will be held between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The examination for the fifth semester will begin from January 22 between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Apart from that, the examination for the first, third, sixth, and ninth semesters will be held from January 21 and the fifth and eighth semester examinations will begin from January 22.

The examination schedule for LLB and BA-LLB as released by the university has been released as per normal sessions and it is expected that this step would regularise the sessions in the university that have been running late.
