CHSE Odisha 12th Result 2022 will be released on July 27, 2022 at 4 PM for Science and Commerce streams. The result is available in terms of the marks, percentage, and grades, the details of which are provided below. The grades in CHSE Odisha 12th Grading System range from A1 to E2, wherein E1, E2 represent failed candidates. These grades are also assigned separate grade points to calculate CGPA, the highest being 10 and the lowest being 4.
Apart from this, the marking scheme for the year 2022 has also been changed by the board wherein the best of ‘100% ASHE’ and ‘80% AHSE + 20% QEA’ will be considered for final result computation. This Best of Either Two scheme is implemented subject-wise, so the candidates ultimately score their best. A more detailed explanation of the same is given below.

CHSE Odisha 12th Result 2022: Marking Criteria
Final marks for CHSE 12th Result 2022 will be calculated using two methods, which are i. 100% AHSE Marks and ii. 80% AHSE Marks + 20% QEA Marks , where AHSE stands for Annual Higher Secondary Examination (conducted by the board) and QEA stands for Quarter End Examination (conducted by respective schools). Based on this method, the highest subject-wise marks achieved by the candidates in either of the two options will be considered for the computation of the final results.
To understand this, say a candidate scored 85 marks in Maths in the AHSE examination but after calculating the score through the 80-20 criteria, the candidate’s Maths score changes to 90 marks then 90 marks would be considered as final marks. However, if after implementing 80-20 criteria, the candidate gets 83 marks, then 85 marks of 100% AHSE will be taken as final marks.
