With the exam so near, it is natural to feel underprepared and it is the very time to push back those thoughts to focus on your revision. It is also important to keep your mindset positive as it will help you focus better, remember better, and solve the paper more attentively. Quick tips to revise and for conduct on the exam day are given here:
Do not pick new topics. Even if someone tells you that this is very important but you have not studied it yet, leave it be. It will cause confusion, waste your time, and during the examination, it is more likely than not that you won’t be able to answer it. Instead revise what you have already learned.
Solve mocks. The best way to increase your speed, accuracy, and knowledge at the same time is to solve mocks. But it is important to not be demotivated by your mock scores. It is usually that mock tests are designed tougher than the actual exam.
Go through previous years’ papers. All sections but GK & Current Affairs (as only recent questions will be asked here) shall once be practised through CLAT 2023 previous years’ papers .
Read the passage carefully. Although important for all other sections, it is most helpful in the Legal Reasoning section. It is very less seen that the questions of legal reasoning cannot be solved from the given passage. Only, the questions are tricky and hypothetical. A practical question is asked on a given theoretical passage and thus, confuses many students.
Stop thinking about post-exam results. Until the exam is done, there is nothing that can be achieved by thing what will happen if your examination will not go up to the mark. Instead, it is better to focus on what’s in your hands now than focus on what is not.
